We serve ages 2-18 offering classes in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary/lyrical and hip hop.

We are also excited to offer competition teams and a range of adult classes.

Mommy and me:  45 min class A  creative movement class for ages 18 months to 3 years old. Parents participate actively in the class as children learn basic dance steps and terminology through songs, and dance. This class will build self confidence to help them blossom into beautiful ballerinas. 

Toddler Combo class ballet/tap: Age 3 and 4 introduces basic steps of ballet and tap. Beginning development of ballet concepts and terminology all while having fun and helping our dancers gain self confidence. This is the perfect age to dance while enhancing motor skills and coordination. 50 min class

Childrens Combo class ballet/tap/jazz: Age 4-5 Children’s dance combo classes are a fun and educational way for kids to learn about different dance styles. They can help children develop their coordination, flexibility, rhythm, confidence, and self-esteem. 1 hour class

Childrens Combo class ballet/tap/jazz: Ages 5-6 perfect for  young dancers, Ballet training promotes coordination and strength as well as balance and correct body alignment. Tap develops a sense of rhythm, timing and musical awareness. Jazz dance introduces a stylistic dance vocabulary for a fun and expressive way of dancing. 1 hour class

Ballet: A ballet class is a dance class that teaches the fundamentals of ballet technique. It typically begins with a warm-up, followed by barre work and center floor work. The class ends with a cool-down. Ballet classes are a great way to improve your physical fitness, coordination, and flexibility. They can also help you to develop a sense of rhythm and musicality. Students will be placed in classes according to skill not age. IF 6 years old or under please enroll in children’s combo class.

Pre point: A pre-pointe class is a ballet class that prepares dancers for pointe work. It typically focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and alignment. Pre-pointe classes can help dancers to safely and effectively dance en pointe. Ages 12 and older

Point: A pointe class is a ballet class in which dancers stand on the tips of their toes. Pointe work is a demanding technique that requires strength, flexibility, and proper alignment. Pointe classes typically begin with a warm-up, followed by barre work and center floor work.  The barre work will focus on strengthening the muscles in the legs, feet, and ankles. The center floor work will focus on developing the dancer’s coordination and balance.

Pointe classes are a great way to improve a dancer’s technique and artistry. They can also help dancers to build confidence and self-esteem. However, pointe work is not for everyone. Dancers should only start pointe work when they are physically and technically ready. Instructor Approval Required

Jazz: Jazz dance is a fun, energetic dance form that combines elements of ballet, tap, and modern dance. Jazz classes typically begin with a warm-up, followed by a series of exercises that focus on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination. The class then moves on to learning choreography, which may be based on popular music or jazz standards. Jazz classes typically end with a cool-down.

Jazz dance is a great way to improve your physical fitness, coordination, and flexibility. It can also help you to develop a sense of rhythm and musicality. Dancers will be put into class according to skill level not age. 6 and under must enroll in combo class

Technique class: designed to improve the dancers technical dance skills abilities and performance quality. Focusing on turns and leaps as well as proper stretching, flexibility and strength of dancer.for ages 8 and older 1 hour class

Contemporary/lyrical: lyrical dance is a type of dance that combines elements of ballet, jazz, and modern dance. It is characterized by its fluid, graceful movements and its focus on storytelling through dance. Lyrical dance classes typically begin with a warm-up, followed by a series of exercises that focus on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination. The class then moves on to learning choreography, which may be based on popular music or lyrical dance standards for ages 8 and older. 1 hour class

Hip-hop: characterized by its energetic, rhythmic movements and its focus on improvisation. Hip hop dance classes typically begin with a warm-up, followed by a series of exercises that focus on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination. The class then moves on to learning choreography, which may be based on popular music or hip hop dance standards.  1 hour class

Adult dance class: We  offer a range of adult classes barre, dance fitness, adult ballet, hip-hop and jazz. There is no age limit, we are  a strong believer that the love of dance never ends and keeping our bodies moving is one of the keys to health and happiness at any age!
